Referrals

If your provider puts in a referral during your office visit, referrals are sent out the next business day, unless stated otherwise by your provider. Please allow the referring place at least 2 weeks to contact you to get you scheduled.

If you do not hear from the referring place within the 2 week time frame, you may contact the referring place to follow up on your referral and if you have questions you can contact the office.

Stress test and echo orders are sent to Mission Central Scheduling. The phone number for patients to call is 828-213-2222. They are put on an ACA order form, but they are actually sent to Mission.

Holter Monitors and Consult orders are sent to ACA and ACA takes about a 1 month or so to call patients to get them scheduled. The number to call is 828-274-6000.
